Novak Djokovic apologises on Facebook after screaming at terrified ball boy during match against Andy Murray

Novak Djokovic, used his Facebook account to apologise to the startled ball boy, bottom right, after he shouted at his backroom team in the final of the Miami Open against British Number One Andy Murray. Djokovic grabbed a towel from the youngster, bottom left, who was standing between him and his support squad after Murray won the second set.
