Grandfather, 63, returns from holiday to find he has been declared DEAD - and his pension has been cancelled

Andrew Kirchin, 63, from Northfleet, Kent, has spent the past month fighting to prove he is alive after a case of mistaken identity meant he was declared dead and his pension was stopped.
