She has been busy with New York Fashion Week, and is now in the British capital ahead of the London shows. But Victoria Beckham took time out of her hectic schedule to put in an appearance at the memorial service for the late Professor Louise Wilson in London on Friday morning. The 40-year-old cut a sombre figure as she arrived at St Paul's Cathedral, along with other top industry names, to pay her respects to the fashion design expert who passed away last year.
