Social services rocked by Baby P scandal at centre of new probe as six-month old boy is found dead with head injuries - and Haringey Council 'knew his immigrant mother was a killer'

Haringey Council, Social Services HQ, Cumberland Road N22. This is the place that was supposed to prevent the murder of Victoria Climbie who was killed by her great aunt and the aunt's boyfriend after Haringey Social Services failed to protect her.
Haringey social services (pictured) deemed the six-month-old boy was not at risk despite being told that his mother, 26, was a convicted murderer who had escaped to the UK from her home country.
