Crashing in! Scrap dealer sells David Beckham's £80,000 written off Audi on eBay for half the price ex-footballer paid for it

David Beckham's crashed £80,000 Audi RS6 has appeared on eBay (bottom right), described as a 'highly desirable ex-celebrity' car, for £42,995 after being listed by a scrap dealer based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. The silver Audi was left
mangled after the former England captain was involved in a crash after picking up eldest son Brooklyn from Arsenal's training ground at London Colney in Hertfordshire on November 29 (top right). The sports car was deemed a write-off following the crash and sold on to the salvage market. Pictures on the auction-site listing show the dented panelling on the vehicle and the car is described as having 'damage to the driver wing door and suspension sill'. Beckham, 39, (pictured driving the vehicle in June last year, left) and his 15-year-old son walked away from the crash with minor injuries.
