The superbike champion fell to the floor as Ant and Dec revealed that he had beaten X Factor reject Jake Quickenden and telly presenter Melanie Sykes to win the ITV reality show.
After 23 days in the Australian jungle, Foggy, 49, said he couldn’t believe he had made it to the final, triumphing over second-placed Jake.
“It sounds unbelievable. It feels like a dream. Thanks to everyone for voting," he said before last year’s I'm A Celebrity champ Kian Egan gave him his crown.
“This is the best thing of my life, I can’t put into words how happy I am that the public have put me here.
“It’s great to be on the podium one last time.”

Runner-up Jake, also revealed he was shocked to finish in the top two after being voted off The X Factor in the first three weeks.
“I can’t get my head around what’s happened. More people have voted for me in this than as a singer!” he joked.
“I couldn’t have won to a better man. He's Crocodile Dundee! He deserves it, he’s a legend.”
Meanwhile, Melanie admitted she was “gutted” to miss out on a place in the top two.

THIRD PLACE: Mel missed out on being crowned Queen [ITV]

“I’ve got to be honest, I’m a bit gutted I’m not in the final. But I’ve had an absolute ball,” the mum-of-two said.
“It was better than I expected – I thought it was going to be more hellish!"
The trio have survived three weeks of bugs, Bustucker Trials and banter in the Australian jungle living with nine other celebs.

FINAL THREE: The camp was tense ahead of the result [ITV]

During their last day in camp, they each faced a classic trial in order to win a slap-up final supper.
Jake had his head locked in a bowl with all manner of creepy crawlies poured in, Foggy had to compete in an eating trial, downing the likes of likes of ostrich anus and baked tarantulas, while Mel had to hunt for stars in a locked chamber that filled with water.
All of this year’s campmates will be reunited on a special Coming Out show which is set to air on Wednesday at 8pm on ITV.
