'You can leave': Have Kourtney Kardashian & Scott Disick split for good?

Fans of Keeping Up With The Kardashians know that Kourtney and Scott have endured a tempestuous relationship over the years, but it looks as though things have finally come to a head.
Kim's sister took to Instagram to post what fans are understanding to be a not-so-subtle hunt at the state of their relationship.
The message, shared over pics from Lilo & Stitch, reads: "If you want to leave, you can. I'll remember you though. I remember everyone that leaves."
Underneath her post, the 35-year-old simply captioned with a broken heart emoji.

A snippet from new show Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons suggests Disick is heading to rehab.
Opening up to half-sister Kendall Jenner, Kourt says: "So Scott might be going to rehab tomorrow. He's severely depressed.
"I don't want to push him to go to rehab. I want it to be his decision."
Today she posted a cryptic quote which included: "Choice: That was the thing."
Back in June Scott was rushed to hospital, he was treated for acute alcohol poisoning
