Heartbreaking moment Nicaragua villagers succumb to exhaustion in doomed bid to push giant 60ft beached whale back out to sea

An average humpback weighs an average 79,000 pounds
More than 50 people battled to exhaustion trying to save a massive whale beached in Nicaragua Friday morning, though their efforts were sadly in vain. They had spent the day discussing and testing various strategies with local police and environmental authorities.
The whale was estimated at at least 59 feet in length and may have been a humpback.
