A Nasa space mission was thrown into chaos after one of its rockets exploded on take-off.
The unmanned Antares craft was due to transport supplies to astronauts on board the International Space Station.
But a few seconds after launch it suffered a catastrophic failure.
The Antares rocket is the size of a 14-storey building and was carrying over 2,200kgs of supplies.
