VIDEO: Shocking video reveals England World Cup stadium is STILL NOT FINISHED

A shocking video has revealed that with little more than 48 hours until England and Italy face off in the Amazonian city of Manaus, workers are frantically trying to finish construction.
Many of the roads leading up to the ground require paving and construction workers and trucks are littered around the site.
It is yet another blow for the Amazonia Arena whose groundsman earlier admitted the playing surface was in a "bad shape" and would not be much better when the Three Lions take to the field on Saturday.
Carlos Botella, the stadium's head groundsman, said: "Frankly, Manaus is in bad shape.
"We've started to implement an emergency plan to try to save the field and improve it as much as possible, but I don't think it'll be in good condition by the weekend.
"Yesterday we put fertiliser, and we'll increase the fertilising process with biostimulants and seeds to try to get the most out of the grass.
"The maintenance has been complicated in Manaus. There are no roads, all machinery and materials had to be brought by ship.
"There's no fertiliser, no seeds. Everything has been complicated."
The FA has despatched at least one official to look at the ground and inspect the pitch ahead of the Group D clash.
