'They behaved like a pack of wild animals': Landlord's fury after shameless benefits family trashes home during 'leaving party' to celebrate move to new council house
The woman and her three children are thought to have celebrated their move at taxpayers' expense by wrecking the three-bedroom property where they had been living for two years. Landlord Sean Feeney, 69, later went to the house in Blackpool, Lancashire, to find rotting food and other rubbish strewn around the property along with upturned furniture, filthy carpets and graffiti daubed across the walls. The retired builder had spent £5,000 renovating the property so the family could move in - and he now faces a further £2,000 bill repairing the damage.
