British Airways, the only airline which uses the terminal, told passengers they couldn't say how soon they would get their bags back, as angry fliers were left in Uganda, Canada and Europe with no possessions. The airline apologised for the delays, reminiscent of the terminal's shambolic opening in 2008 when hundreds of thousands of bags went astray.
